High School is the place where you are supposed to figure out your entire life within four years. What job you want, where you want to go to college, where do you want to live your life, and where you think you will be most happy. That is a lot to put on a 14-17-year-old. Most teens are also learning how to drive and going through drastic life changes so their future is not always at the top on their list. That is where Onward Careers comes into play.
Onward Careers is a dedicated career service to help teens learn where their passion is. This was created by a teenager who is a senior in high school, Jacqueline Hahamyan. She knew that she wanted to explore business in the future but her friends did not have a clue about what they wanted to pursue. That is why she created Onward. So she would be able to help her friends.
Onward uses students’ personalities to help them find the career that interest them and that suits them the best. They also look at the education, salary, job outlook, and work environment in fun, unique ways.
Jacqueline is a teen proving that anyone can make a difference. She is showing teens how they can find their dream of a job and their passion. She strives to be the best for not only her friends but for everyone around her.
