Meet our 2024 Partner: Daughters of the King!

Daughters of the King was founded on January 14, 2014, by a group of Christian women residing in the Franklin, TN area. D.O.T.K. is a Christ-centered Charitable Nonprofit Organization which ministers articulate efforts driven to facilitate a positive change in the lives of women and children.

From its conception, D.O.T.K.’s aim has been to empower and transform the lives of women and children through community outreach efforts designed to meet spiritual needs, physical needs, destroy low self-esteem, the negative self-image, build confidence, self-worth to foster a positive self-image in girls and women residing in and beyond the Franklin/Williamson County Area.

Meet the Found: Tracye Tucker!

Evangelist Tracye Shawnette Tucker, aka, “Ms. T” is a native of Franklin, Tennessee and has served in ministry alongside her husband in various areas of service within the church and the community for over 34 years.

Evangelist Tucker is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree which she received in 1989. Evangelist Tucker was called by God to preach the Gospel during the summer of 2006 and announced her call to preach the Gospel in 2010. In 2012, Evangelist Tucker attended Welch College, Nashville, TN, where she graduated in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Theological Studies: General Christian Ministries. Evangelist Tucker received her Ministry License in 2019, and was ordained May 30, 2021 by Pastor Timothy L. Gaines Sr., Franklin, TN. Evangelist Tucker currently serves as Pastor of Evangelism and Community Outreach at Kingdom’s Love Ministries-a local church which she helped to organize, plant and launch in the Franklin, TN area, November, 2021 under the leadership of Pastor/Founder Timothy L. Gaines, Sr., and Co-Founder, Lady Maria Gaines.

Evangelist Tucker’s career spans over thirty years of community involvement, community outreach, & Social Work experience connected with improving people lives and reducing suffering. With a burden to make a difference, facilitate positive change and improve the lives of women and children, Evangelist Tucker, in 2014-along with friends-founded Daughters of the King-a charitable nonprofit organization that serves the Franklin, TN Community, Williamson County and surrounding areas with a Mission to Transform the Lives of Women and Children: Mind, Body, Soul. With a desire to transform the lives of women and children: Mind, Body, and Soul, Evangelist Tucker’s humanitarian efforts are aimed at not only proclaiming the Gospel through words but demonstrating the Gospel and the love of Jesus Christ in practical ways by meeting the needs of individuals (spiritual & physical) residing in the local community and abroad.

When she’s not working to serve others, Evangelist Tucker enjoys spending quiet time at home, hanging out with her “honey”, children, grand babies, family, eating at restaurants and shopping at the mall. The Tuckers have been married 34 years, have three children: Nicholas (31), Shawnette (26), Isaiah (22) and three granddaughters: Twins Layla, Armonie (5) & Jamila (2 mos).

Evangelist Tucker’s favorite Scripture is Isaiah 6:8 (NASB): Then I heard the voice of the lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send Me!”
