For the month of January, I donated to the American Cancer Society.
Cancer has taken the lives of both of my parents and my sister. In 2015, my wife of 47 years was diagnosed with breast cancer. Soon after getting a full body scan they found that she also had kidney cancer. After multiple surgeries, she was cancer free but still continues to go to numerous doctors and undergo regular scans.
